Power On Process

1 - Battery Breaker

Open the panel on the top of the battery. Use care not to drop the cover in the case. Flip the large green breaker switch to "On". Carefully place the cover back in place.

2 - Battery BMS

Press and hold the silver button on the front of the battery for approximately 10 seconds, until the status light illuminates, ideally green. Be aware the screen will light up before the status light comes on, but is only reporting battery status, not indicating the BMS is allowing power out of the battery. Take note of the battery voltage and state of charge (SOC). If the SOC is less than 30% then the battery should be charged.

3 - DC Switchgear

Flip the 250 amp "Battery" breaker on the DC switchgear "On". This should initialize the Conext SCP.

4 - DC Switchgear

Flip the 250 amp breaker on the DC switchgear "On". This should initialize the Conext SCP and the inverter. After a few seconds the inverter should display a single green "INV Enabled" light. The SCP should show system status information. Before proceeding ensure the Inverter is not indicating any faults and that the SCP System Status Voltage and BMS voltage are close to the same value (±1.0 V)

5 - AC Switchgear

Flip the 30 AMP AC out breaker on the AC switchgear. The cabin now has power. At this point I generally proceed upstairs and set the clock on the range.
